Before going to the content... I would like to share the importance of success and failures in life...Here, let us not consider the failures to the negative. If it is done so, that is first mistake that we voluntarily opt for failure the second time. In order to overcome this, first let us take failure and then followed by success. We face failure only when there is lack of self confidence, positive thought, strong desired heart towards the goal, punctuality, loyalty, support and passion. Even if one among the above are missed is missed... there are some chances even to be succeeded and more chances are there in which we fail. So, one should remember that the above tools are required to get succeeded.One should not claim themselves or others for being failed which is all going in vain. Never try have a thought that when we fail for once, the next step is also going to be the same. Each and every failure is the landmark to get success in an easy way. The actual failure in life is not taking the down as a challenge and working on it... If it is not done so... then, why to blame the idea you have with you... It depends on the way you change your thinking standards when you met the failure and the next time you are opting for success...

Self Confidence: It is an art of having a clear idea about your work and have a clean picture of thought. Self confidence is the one best feeling which helps you to overcome the fear. The best way to differ Self confidence and the over confidence is..."I can do!!"-is the self confidence and "Only I can do!"-is the over confidence. One can easily make clarity about these both things.

Positive Thought: The word itself describes its intention of being positive. Positive minds get positive thoughts... Even though sometimes the things go wrong, the thought remains positive... Positive mind always stays active.

Strong and Desired Heart: This is the most important that everyone should possess. Make your desire strong and firm with the willing of your heart. It helps you throughout your life.

Punctuality: When there is a desire to be fulfilled, there must be connection with time. Success comes to you when you are punctual with the work and also with time. This makes you stand somewhere beyond peaks.

Loyalty: Be loyal to the work you are linked up with. It is important that you should stay loyal to the people around your desire. There are cases like, people are interested to make part in your job and share your success. Learn to be loyal all the time, no matters how bad the situation is. World talks about your Character than your position.

Support: It is an essential part in getting success. Not only the success from others... but, the support from your side i.e; your belief is also considered. When these two go together, there are more chances for failure to fail.

Passion: Having passion towards your work, being ethical and respect towards your work leads to higher standards. Passion is the ability to with hold all your strengths together all the time and striving to get into the theme with ease.

Success is easy to define and hard to gain... Hard work leads to success... success leads to happiness... Happiness leads to wonders... Success have many leaves. Some of them are mentioned above... These are my thoughts about Success and Failure...
