Ranchi: At least five people died and many left sick after consuming spurious liquor in Hatma basti village on Sunday. The deceased have been identified as Pintu Thakur (30), Ashok Mirdha (60), Vijay Mirdha (40), Billu Mirdha (50), and Parash Thakur (70).
