New York: Backing the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action, commonly known as Iran Nuclear Deal or simply the Iran Deal, Russia said in the UN on Friday that it would strive its best to preserve it. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in his UN General Assembly address said that the US' withdrawl from the JCPOA is violating the UN Security council Resolution 2231.
