North Dakota: Midwest US is enveloped in the deadly arctic deep freeze disrupting normal life. Schools, offices and even the mail delivery system have been suspended in many areas of the states of Wisconsis, North and South Dakota, Ohio, Missouri, Minnesota, Michigan, Kansas, Iowa, Indiana and Illinois. The temperatures have fallen to -33 degrees celsius in North Dakota while South Dakota recorded -29 degrees celsius.
